Will I learn how to be a board director?

No and Yes. The program does not go into all of the technical and legal requirements of directorships. For that we suggest AICD. It will give you the confidence to build strong relationships, own your skills and be effective in whatever role you are in.

Do I have to be on a board?

No. This program is about inspiring women to reach whatever level of leadership they wish to achieve. Board member is only one avenue to make a difference as a leader.

What if I just want to improve my leadership skills?

Yes. This program will provide a toolkit to lead through a multitude of complicated situations. You will gain a greater understanding of how to lead yourself and others.

Will it help me in other areas of my life?

Yes absolutely. It will help to improve all relationships with family and friends, health and vitality and much, much more.
