As the world we live in continues to evolve, so too must the ways in which we lead. We are at a point in time where we are seeing structures crumble, and the world is calling women forward to create balance in leadership.
Why every women needs the Goddess Journey
It has been common practice for women in leadership roles to feel like they have to “out-man” the men in order to be seen, heard and respected. RACHEL O’BRIEN
A writer, speaker, leadership expert and founder of Goddess in the Boardroom.
After 22 years developing leaders in the corporate arena, Rachel has spent the last decade exploring ways to feel.
A life and death health crisis in 2010 sent her on a journey to find the secrets to really living. Prior to her illness, Rachel had all the material success she could hope for. The career, the house, the car and overseas jet setting lifestyle.
For years now Rachel have been teaching and speaking about leadership through the lens of our bodies 7 energy centres, and how they relate to our own different leadership archetypes.

CHERIE CANNING
Cherie Canning is a passionate optimist, an avid traveller and the Founder and Director of Luminate Leadership.
With two decades of leading and developing leaders at Luminate and previously at Flight Centre Travel Group, Cherie is passionate about people and their growth. Her authentic communication style and engaging workshop content continue to deliver results and leave a lasting impact.
Cherie is known for her passionate energy, a genuine love for people and raw vulnerability and authentic style that shines through in all that she does. Her intention is to embrace and enhance the human based Leadership skills such as connection, empathy, collaboration, and courage in as many Leaders as possible.
These days, Cherie calls Brisbane home, with her husband Andy, daughter Chloe and their puppy Coco.
